Spacious room, comfortable bedding, with a lovely view over the garden and essential amenities like complimentary tea and electric kettle, making it a perfect base to explore the nearby attractions just a short bus ride away.

My experience was disappointing due to the lack of toiletries in my bathroom, which is something I find essential during my stay. The bathroom had a very tiny basin that made things quite inconvenient. I was hoping for better service as I expected someone at reception, but there was no staff available apart from my initial check-in.

Though the stairs creaked a bit and the bathrooms were small, these minor points did not overshadow the charm of this homely place.

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. We loved the spacious rooms which were perfect for our large family. The convenient free parking and quick Wi-Fi made our stay even better, allowing us to explore London comfortably with the kiddie in tow.

My wife says that a small play area for kids would be a great addition.

Plus, the location's proximity to public transport made it super convenient for exploring London. I did miss having a lift, especially with luggage.

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring freshly prepared English options along with toast, butter, jam, fruits, and cereals. the staff was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed to relax after a long day of work.

The internet connection was somewhat unreliable.

The garden view and character-filled rooms made my stay lovely. It’s conveniently close to two tube stations.

The Brook Hotel is a charming family-run place with convenient free parking. Rooms are pleasant but I found the shower a bit cramped. Although breakfast was tasty, it could benefit from better quality sausages. the owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely sitting area and taking advantage of the peaceful garden outside. The only downside was the breakfast options could use a little more variety, but overall, I’d definitely recommend a stay here! 😊
